We proudly introduce ROS MAX — a fully upgraded evolution of the original ROS system, featuring five major enhancements designed to elevate realism, comfort, and usability to the next level.

1. Optimized Oral Positioning

ROS MAX precisely adjusts the lip height to sit slightly above the teeth. When the mouth is closed, the teeth remain naturally hidden. When opened, the teeth become subtly visible while the tongue gently lifts—mimicking the natural movement of a real person breathing through an open mouth.

2. Upgraded Eye Socket Structure

The eyelid structure has been significantly enhanced with the addition of a lower eyelid component. This design effectively prevents facial deformation caused by jaw movement and maintains eye stability, preserving a natural and lifelike expression at all times.

3. Improved Mouth-Opening Mechanism

With a fully upgraded internal jaw structure, users can now feel realistic jawbone support when pressing the chin. A gentle pull allows the mouth to open smoothly and effortlessly—graceful, controlled, and refined.

4. Head Weight Reduction

Irontech Doll continues its commitment to weight optimization. The ROS MAX head is approximately 0.5kg lighter than the original ROS—about a 20% reduction—bringing the total weight to around 2.5kg. This makes posing, photography, and interaction significantly easier.
